can. If you want you can register domain from us without using our
hosting service. The registration charge will be $9.99per year.

address with domain registration? |

Ans. No you
don't. We do not provide any parking page, url forwarding or email
address with domain registration. But if you want any of these
services, we can provide them for a nominal charge.

How long does it take before my domain name is active? |
|
Ans. After registering your
domain, it requires your domain to get propagated in the servers
worldwide. This usually takes 24 hours but in no case more than 72
hours. During this time the domain will not be available. |

What characters can I use when registering a domain
name? |

Ans. You can use the characters
a-z and 0-9 (in any combination). You can also use hyphens (-),
although your domain name cannot start or end with a hyphen. You
cannot use any other characters, nor should you use punctuation. |

How long does a registration last? |

Ans. The minimum registration
period is 1 year and it can be for 10 years maximum. |

registrar. Can i transfer it to yours? |

Ans. Yes you can. All you need to
pay is the transfer fees of Tk.695. We will send you a transfer
request to your email and upon your approval, we will change the
registrar. Be informed that, the transfer fee will add one more year
of renewal increment to your domain. |

Who will be responsible to renew my domain name? |
|
Ans. You will be responsible for
the renewal of your domain. However we will start sending you
renewal reminder emails from 45 days to expiration. |

When I buy a domain, who owns it? |
Ans. If you purchase a domain from
us, you are the owner (registrant) of the domain during the
registration. You have the total control of your domain name and you
can make modifications, transfers, or sell the domain name at any
time during your registration. The Organization contact you choose
for the domain will be displayed in WHO IS as the registrant of the
domain.
